Refund Policy
Please choose your products carefully. For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges will be offered unless the product is proven faulty. Please note all items will be checked prior to shipping.
If your product is faulty we are more than happy to exchange it to the same item, however we will need to see a photo of the damaged item when you email us within 3 days of receiving your order.
For any other enquiries regarding returns please email info@mellowcosmetics.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please make sure you add your order number and full name in your email.
