Orders from US and UK are despatched from our warehouse in these counties. All other orders are despatched from Brisbane, Australia, using DHL e-commerce for international and Fastway for national orders.

AUSTRALIA

Orders under $40 AUD – $9 AUD | $6 USD Flat rate

Orders over $40 AUD - Free Shipping

All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post EXPRESS. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number via email within 24 hours so you can check the status of your order. Please allow 1-3 days for the delivery to take place. 

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

Orders under $27 USD – $8 USD Flat rate

Orders over $27 USD - Free Shipping

For standard international shipping, please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery to take place.

All international orders are sent via DHL e-commerce and are tracked. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Tracking Number via email within 48 hours so you can check the status of your order.

Please note, very few of the countries we ship to charge the recipient of the order with additional custom fees, this depends on your country and you will be responsible for paying the custom fee in order to receive your parcel.
